New Lion Ginger Beer launched

Coca-Cola Beverages Sri Lanka , keeping pace with the changing beverage needs of Sri Lankan consumers, launched Lion Ginger Beer with a completely new formulation.

The launching ceremony at the company's Biyagama plant complex earlier this month was attended by the Company's senior management, sales force, distributors and staff members.

The launch was kicked off with blind taste tests that were conducted with the participation of distributors, sales force and employees. The new Lion Ginger Beer was tested against the competitor ginger beer offerings in the market and the new Lion Ginger Beer came out as a clear winner with a 70% preference.

The subsequent taste tests which were carried out in urban centres in the country clearly indicate that the Lion Ginger Beer is the preferred choice among consumers.

Metropolitan Computers wins three IBM awards

Metropolitan Computers won three awards at the recent IBM business partner at the annual awards ceremony. The Metropolitan team won the highest growth business partner award, the best salesperson award and top performers award.

The reason for Metropolitan Computer's success was attributed to the professional support offered by the organisation for sales and service of IBM products.

Metropolitan being one of the largest Office Automation (OA) companies in Sri Lanka has the advantage of being able to give a total OA solution to its customers.
