The  Average Weighted Prime Lending Rates (AWPLR) & the Lowest Prime Rate (LPR) during the week ended  March 26th, 2004 by all commercial banks were 9.28 percent and 07.75 per cent respectively.
The Average Weighted Deposit Rate (AWDR) of Commercial banks for the month February, 2004 was 5.18 percent.
