Vajira Abeyasinghe, Head of Sales and Marketing of Caltex Lubricants Lanka Limited said Caltex has been very keen in their decision to come forward as partnering sponsors for the third successive year to assist the less privileged under their social responsibility program.

Caltex as part of their social responsibility program, is happy to be associated with this sponsorship which is an immense boost for the less fortunate. The company has gone beyond its usual sponsorship areas of sports in associating itself with netball.

The move is primarily to assist this enthusiastic segment of people who are striving to create opportunities in bringing together the deaf communities living around Sri Lanka in a bid to build lasting relationships and communal harmony. The deaf primarily indulge in other sports such as cricket and volleyball.
