Fast track immigration at Katunayake Airport A "Fast Track" immigration channel is now in place at the Bandaranaike International Airport for Business Class passengers arriving on all flights, in order to afford them greater convenience and rapid passage through immigration formalities, a statement from SriLankan said. The Fast Track was set up by Immigration, initiated by SriLankan Airlines to the Advisory Committee on Immigration and Emigration. SriLankan Airlines provides airport and ground handling services for all airlines operating through BIA. "It is hoped to extend this service to Departures at some point in the future when the number of departure counters will also be doubled," said Walter J. Riggans, Head of Service Delivery at SriLankan, who serves on the Advisory Committee. |
