KURUKULASURIYA - DAYARATNE (DAYA) DHARMASIRI - formerly of Katukele, Kandy. Beloved husband of Chandralatha Ranatunge, loving father of Mangala Kurukulasuriya, Manjula Kurukulasuriya, Tiwanka Kurukulasuriya and Thanuja Kurukulasuriya, expired in Rome, Italy.
