The Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation (NORAD) in collaboration with Regional Chambers of Commerce is eyeing to create a mega assistance fund "Southern Chamber Enterprise Development Fund" to help revive the Small and Medium sized enterprises (SMEs) in Sri Lanka. The fund will categorise "Credit Guarantee Fund" and "Business Development Service".
