Ceremony to bless UPFA candidates

A special religious offering organised by the National Bhikku Front will be held at the Kelaniya Rajamaha Viharaya today at 4.00 p.m. to bless the United People's Freedom Alliance (UPFA) candidates contesting the General Election.

National Bhikku Front Gampaha District Secretary Ven. Aludeniye Sumanaratana Thera stated in a press release that their Front believes that the UPFA is the only force which can safeguard the country's territorial integrity, economic stability, equality, independence, peace and democracy.
