The Governments of Sri Lanka and Angola have decided to establish diplomatic relations, a Foreign Ministry press release stated yesterday. The joint communique on the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries was signed on February 23 by Ambassadors Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Permanent Representatives of Sri Lanka and Angola to the United Nations, C. Mahendran and Ismael Abraao Gaspar Martins, in New York. |
