Macbertan Limited, the only Sri Lankan company manufacturing Foam based Thermal Insulation and Packaging material was recently awarded the prestigious ISO 9001:2000 Version by the Sri Lanka Standards Institute.

Macbertan are the leaders in the Thermal Insulation Industry and markets high quality products such as McFoil, McFoam and McWrap.

The organisation has its state of the art manufacturing facility in Ja-Ela and manages an islanwide network of distributors and dealers.

The ISO 9001:2000 accreditation is focussed on two key factors, which are "Customer Focus" and "Continuous Improvement".

Macbertan's dedicated team received high praise and acclamation from the assessors for these two aspects for which the company has invested large resources. "We shall continue to improve", says its board of directors with great commitment.
