War on Vavuniya pistol gang Vavuniya Police declared war on a pistol gang responsible for several killings in the area. "The gang had killed 11 people to date," Vavuniya SSP T. J. Miskin told the Daily News yesterday. The SSP had called a meeting with the division's senior police and military officials to nab the group. According to the SSP, the group numbering around five, have been identified. The district's social workers, police informants and military personnel have been the group's chief targets, SSP Miskin said. Save his life K. Mr. Indraraj says he is unable to raise this money due to his present financial plight and requests philanthropists and the general public to assist his cause by sending whatever financial contribution possible to expedite the surgery and save his life.
