South Indian film producer praises Sri Lanka by P. Rajaratnam in Nuwara Eliya Sri Lanka is an ideal place with scenic locations ideal for the film world, observed T. V. Siva, film producer from India who is currently in Nuwara Eliya filming his latest Tamil film 'Varna Jalam' (Colour Magic). Famous actors and actresses like Nassar, Thalaivasan Vijay, Karmas, Ompodu Rani, Pooja Kanjana Medis the new face Radhikka, Sirikanth and several local film stars will be participating. The Deputy Mayor of Nuwara Eliya, P. Sivarajah is also playing a role as the doctor in this film. Shooting of this film is mostly being done at the Nuwara Eliya Co-operative Hospital, the Golf Club and a number of beautiful sites. Film producer Siva paid glowing tributes to the Sri Lankans for their hospitality, friendliness and cooperation in every sphere. |
