The Government's annual budget proposals for 2004 will be presented when Parliament meets on November 19 at 2.30 pm, said the Ministry of Finance in a press release yesterday. The release said earlier the Budget was due to be presented on November 12.Invitations sent by the Ministry for November 12 will be valid for the sittings on November 19.

The gallery and seat numbers of the invitees for the Budget Day will be notified in due course. Ministry Secretary Charitha Ratwatte has requested all invitees to be in their seats before 2.15 p.m. on November 19.
