Parliamentary privileges breached, says Lokubandara in letter to Speaker

Leader of the House W. J. M. Lokubandara yesterday handed over a question of Parliamentary Privileges to Speaker Joseph Michael Perera, stating that the contents of the application for a Supreme Court Ruling on the subject of Defence filed by the President tantamounts to a breach on the sovereignty of Parliament.
