emPrise IT's aVya tops national software awards aVya(r) Mobility Suite, the flagship product of emPrise IT, bagged the Gold Award for Overall Winner and the Gold Award for Communication Application Category at the recently held National ICT Excellence/National Best Quality Software Awards 2003,It was organised by the British Computer Society - Sri Lanka Section. The awards were presented by Minister for Information Technology Keheliya Rambukwella and Charles Hughes , Vice President of the British Computer Society, the Colombo Plaza recently. Upon winning these awards emPrise IT's aVya(r) Mobility Suite has been nominated as the Sri Lankan entry for the best e-content product in the e-business category at the forthcoming United Nation's World Summit on Information Society 2003, Geneva and the best quality local product in Communication Applications Category at the Asia Pacific ICT Awards, Bangkok 2003.
