Nimal E. Peiris heads NSAAA

Nimal E. Peiris and H. A. Upali both from Bank of Ceylon were elected president and secretary respectively at the annual general meeting of the Nationalised Services Amateur Athletic Association of Sri Lanka held in Colombo recently.

The five vice president's elected were Gaya Perera (People's Bank), Nimal Jayantha (SLTB), L. S. Thalagala (People's Bank), Tyronne Peiris (Land Reclamation) and D. R. Senadheera (State Pharmaceutical Corporation)

Gamini Kapukotuwa of People's Bank was elected as treasurer and W. R. Wijeratne of Sri Lanka Insurance Corporation was elected assistant treasurer. Nimal Jayatissa of Land Reclamation was elected assistant secretary and Tilak Siriwardena of Ceylon Shipping Corporation was elected meet secretary. (B.T)
