HOOLE ­ DR CHARLES RATNAMUKTAN ALBAN   Husband of Jacque (nee Guiver), father of Thayamani, Anbesan, Samayesan and Mahilyesan, brother/in­law of Rajan/Kirupa, Jeevan/ Dushy, Jothi/Sri Rani, Paul/Chrishanthi, Tamari/Paul Edward and Noel/Puniti, passed away serving his Master as Principal, Baldaeus Theological College, Trincomalee.
