Singer's trusted excellence rubs off on Kandy SC

Kandy Sports Club clinched the Caltex 'A' Division League Rugby Title for the third successive year. They won 14 matches out of 15 and obtained 62-85 points. They suffered their only defeat at the hands of CH and FC 22-36.

Ch and FC finished as the runners-up by collecting 59.10 points in 15 games having lost just one game to Kandy SC (13-35) and were held to a 25-all draw by Havelocks. CR and FC ended up in third place with a tally of 45-15 points by winning 10 games out of 15.

* Kurunegala RFC Vs OZSC Match to be played on 10th August, 2003 did not take place due to non availability of a Referee.
