Lanka set for Sept - 2003 Hong Kong Fair The National Gem and Jewellery Authority is organising the "Sri Lanka Pavilion" for the 12th consecutive year at the Hong Kong Jewellery and Watch Fair to be held from September 17 to 21 at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. The Hong Kong Jewellery and Watch Fair has already established itself as Asia's biggest and most prestigious gem and jewellery event. This year it is expected to accommodate more than 30,000 VIP's and trade buyers and 1,700 exhibitors from around the globe. A comprehensive array of gemstones, diamonds, pearls, exquisitely crafted fine jewellery, raw material, equipment, publications and services will be featured in this important international jewellery Fair. Sri Lanka continues to hold the niche, at the Fair being the only source of large, fine quality Blue Sapphires. A number of leading companies have been selected to participate in the "Sri Lanka National Gem and Jewellery Authority Pavilion" at the September Hong Kong Jewellery and Watch Fair. |
