The Apparel Sourcing Association Pavilion ("ASAP") is the world's largest garment and textile sourcing trade show produced by Cyber Merchants Exchange ("C-Me") Inc.CA, USA that brings leading manufacturers from around the world to one venue to meet and sell to buyers.

The ASAP Show is a natural extension of C-Me's business model. C-Me is an international B2B electronic trading company founded at the onset of the dot com boom. C-Me is a publicly traded company on the OTCBB under the symbol CMEE. The Company uses its proprietary web based software to create efficiencies for retailers of their own private market place to source and finance international purchases. C-Me is the only internet company that successfully transacts international business online without the need of a Letter of Credit (L/C).

At present, ASAP has been utilised as a pavilion to showcase products by the vendors/manufacture's of Adidas, Banana Republic,B&B Sweater Mills, Baby GAP, Baby Togs, Bealls Outlet, Brands, C & A, Consolidated Stores, D5fashion, Dollar General Dress Barn, Express, Family Dollar, GAP, H & M, Hajo, Icelebrity, JCPenney, Jones New York, Joyce Leslie, KMart, Kalico, Liz Claiborne, LA Loving, Lerner New York, Limited, M&S, Marmaxx Macy's, Nautica, NIKE, Old Navy, On Tour, Rivers End, Primark, Saks 5th Avenue Sears, Surf, Target, Tommy Hilfiger, Teidem, Value City, Wal-Mart, WearMe, Zara.

Having received a good response from the Export Development Board of Sri Lanka, Board of Investment of Sri Lanka and various Chambers of Commerce, the local office of C-Me Inc decided to promote the "ASAP Show" among Sri Lankan apparel exporters. The Export Development Board of Sri Lanka is the co-government sponsor for "ASAP " Global Sourcing Show and this time there are 14 apparel companies from various product categories exhibiting at the August show in Las Vegas.

This is very first time Sri Lankans are taking part at "ASAP" Global Sourcing Show and all exporters anticipate that they can bring down big brands/buyer's to Sri Lanka. It is a remarkable signal for Sri Lankan apparel exports that the Consulate General in Los Angeles has been approached by the ASAP show and he has recommended that it a trade show where Sri Lankan exporters should take part.

The main objective of the C-Me Inc, Sri Lanka Office is to make a pavilion for Sri Lankan apparel exporters to rally around and to be ready for the "Year 2005' and the Beyond with 'no quota era'".
