Sri Lanka Red Cross has arranged to send convoys daily to the flood affected areas carrying relief items for the flood victims. The dispatch in the morning will leave the Head Office at 307 1/2, T.B. Jayah Mawatha at about 10.00 a.m. and another one will leave in the afternoon at about 2.00 p.m. People who wish to contribute can hand over relief items enroute or hand them over at the Head Office at T.B. Jayah Mawatha, says a press release. Others in the Districts are requested to contact our district offices as indicated in this release.
