Caltex felicitates top achievers
Caltex Lubricants Lanka Limited (CLLL) felicitated its top achievers with the launch of the "Marketer of the Year 2003" at the World Trade Centre recently.
The program was organised to motivate those outstanding performers of the previous year to affirm that their efforts were both noticed and appreciated by the company. For achieving the targets set by the company each member of the sales team received a medallion for their contribution. In addition four individuals from Sales and Marketing were selected as the 'Star Achievers' due to their outstanding performance throughout the year 2002.
Buddhika Dissanayake (Marketing Executive) was recognised for his effective contribution toward the development of agriculture and fisheries sectors in the multicultural society of the North Central and Eastern Provinces.
Asanka Kularatne (Marketing Executive) with his PR skills and commitment has developed new business channels and partners in the retail sector that earned him due recognition.
Roshan Fernando (Marketing Executive) was able to overcome all obstacles put to him with regard to distribution whilst building the Caltex brand image and availability in his market in the Ratnapura district.
Chairman CLLL, Martin B. Southern, Managing Director Kishu Gomes and Director Caltex, Ken Balendra were present.
