Way out of ethnic conflict is through negotiations - US Envoy US Ambassador to Sri Lanka Ashley Wills, in an interview with Reuters,
urged the LTTE to return to the negotiating table.The Tigers's goal should
be to make peace, and quickly. Too much blood has been spilled, too many
