No suspected vessel found by Ranga Jayasuriya The Air Force yesterday dispatched a surveillance craft to the East seas, following a Police report about a suspected vessel, 10 nautical miles off Potuvil. The surveillance craft has however reported that no suspected vessel had been in the area after a three and a half hour surveillance mission in the eastern seas, Military Spokesman Brigadier Sanath Karunaratne told the Daily News. "The pilot confirmed that except for the Merchant Vessels sailing on the International waters, no other vessel had been present in the area at the time," he said. |
