PM's response expected early next week

Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe is expected to send his response to LTTE Theoretician Anton Balasingham's letter on the LTTE's decision to temporarily stay away from the peace talks early next week

Cabinet Spokesman and Government Chief Negotiator Prof. G.L. Peiris at yesterday's Cabinet press briefing said the Premier will communicate his response to Balasingham after the weekend. - (MF/NG)
