Fernando of Mahagama, son-in-law of late Mr & Mrs Wilfred A.O. Fernando, brother of late Marian, Patrica, Laddis, Clotilda, Quintin, Rex, Imelda, Edith and Frank, expired. Cortege leaves residence 12, Andris De Silva Mawatha, Rawatawatte, Moratuwa on Saturday 15th February at 4 p.m. for the Queen of Angels Church, Katubedda, for Service and Burial thereafter. 

FERNANDO - GEORGE (LINUS)   Retired Station Master CGR. Beloved husband of Margie, father of Priyantha, father-in-law of Srimathi, son of late W.R.S. Fernando (Surveyor) and late Anne Fernando, died under tragic circumstances. Cortege leaves residence on Saturday 15th at 3.30 p.m. 41/1, Mangala Road, Kurana, Negombo. 

KANAKARATNAM KANESWARAN   (Retired Government Servant, Valuation Department). Beloved husband of late Kanakambikai, loving father of Dharuni (Interior Ministry) and Premini (American Embassy), brother of late Ganeswary and Kaileswaran, expired on 13th February 2003. Funeral rites will be performed at Mahinda Funeral Parlour (Mt. Lavinia Junction) at 2.30 p.m. on Saturday 15th February and leaves for Cremation at 4 p.m. at Mt. Lavinia Cemetery. 

PERERA - S.W. (WYMAN)   Retired Chief Inspector of Police and owner of Security Protex, expired. Funeral will be held at Crematorium, Bandaragama on 15th Saturday at 4.30 p.m. Cortege leaving residence at 3.30 p.m. 22, Bandaranayaka Mawatha, Ramukkana, Bandaragama (Tel. 038-90657). 

RAJELISENA - MANGALIKA   Daughter of late W. Rajelisena & Premalatha. Beloved sister of Manel (Switzerland), late Nimal, Indi, Jayantha (Switzerland), late Dilip, Nirmala (Australia), Mahendra (Italy), in-law of Siri Ahangama (Switzerland), Chandra Katuwawela, Gamini Herath (Australia), Dorathy, Rohini (Switzerland), Sandhaya (Italy). Burial at Welimada Cemetery 15th Saturday 4 p.m.    ‘Hill House’, Welimada. 

WIJESINHE - MARGI   Passed away peacefully on 1st February 2003. Burial took place at Christ Church Burial Ground, Matale on 3rd February 2003.
