A two-day seminar on "Self Motivation, Self Development and Self Improvement" will be held on January 25 and 26 at the Grand Oriental Hotel.

The program developed around the tenets of behaviourial science, will help to maximise the intangible emotional and intellectual assets into a coherent strategy for self motivation and professional excellence.

Organised by the Centre for Leadership Excellence and Personality Development the seminar will help the participants to develop their Self Motivation Techniques to achieve peak performance and shine as excellent executives. The seminar will also guide the participants to develop positive thinking and a positive mental attitude, how to tap the right brain to be creative and innovative.

Positive assertiveness and personal effectiveness, mind mapping and visualisation techniques, how to develop NLP skills? How to develop emotional intelligence? How to develop interpersonal relations and team motivation.

The resource person, Dr. K. Kuhathasan has wide experience in conducting professional Development Programs in several Asian countries and has conducted over 150 in-house training programs in over 50 institutions in Sri Lanka.
