Suwa Sampatha total health care benefits

Ceylinco Insurance, Sri Lanka's largest private sector insurance company has introduced total health care benefits to reward their Suwa Sampatha health insurance customers.

According to a company spokesman, Ceylinco Insurance has tied up with Nawaloka Hospitals and Ceylinco Swift Care to offer these value added benefits to families and members of Corporate accounts who are covered with Ceylinco Suwa Sampatha.

All Suwa Sampatha policyholders are entitled to a professional 24-hour emergency medical service with Swift Care. Emergency Ambulance Service, 24-hour Doctor on wheels service, Tele channelling, nursing service, mobile investigation unit, mobile pharmacy, mobile physiotherapy and dietician, international medical referral centre and corporate medical clinics are some of the services Suwa Sampatha customers will be entitled to under this scheme.

The policyholders are also entitled to several privileges at Nawaloka Hospitals too.

These include a 5% discount on OPD investigations, admissions without payment of deposit, the patient being entitled to a room within the shortest possible time and special packages for specific surgeries. These benefits could be obtained by producing the special membership card available to all policyholders.

Ceylinco Suwa Sampatha is the market leader among branded health insurance products and enables the insured to reach for the most sophisticated and suitable treatment in the event of an illness. It covers hospitalisation expenses, out patient treatment laboratory tests, emergency transport to hospitals, and all other specialized services. It also offers a choice of four schemes, enhanced annual limits, option of hospitalization cover with or without out patient treatment and reimbursement of additional expenses even if the patient is warded at a government hospital.
