combating corruption - public awareness and prevention

The corroding effects of corruption affect the entire framework of any
society and its functioning. Most adversely affected are the 40-50 percent
comprising the poverty groups who are unable to afford the essential
requirements, even their entitlements in health, education, social and
other public services provided by a welfare government, without giving
inducements.
