Parley on human resources development

The second SAARC Technical Parley on Human Resources Development will be held in Colombo on November 7 and 8.

The inaugural ceremony of the parley, organised by the Education Ministry in collaboration with the Foreign Ministry will be held on November 7 at 9.30 am at Hotel Galadari, Colombo under the patronage of Education Minister Dr. Karunasena Kodituwakku.
