Venerable Wadduwa Dhamenawansa thera, the Chief incumbent of Sri Lanka Ramaya, Wadduwa and the registrar of Sasanaraksaka Mandalaya, Panadura administered pansil. Kithsiri Dayananda, S.P, Panadura Division, Sanjeewa Dharmaratna, ASP, Bandaragama and Wadduwa Divisions, Deshabandu Dr. Victor Hettigoda and A.M.M. Ambros, Chairman, Panadura Pradeshiya Sabha also spoke. Lalith Abeysekara O.I.C, Wadduwa delivered the welcome speech and D.P.L.C. Perera, Secretary, Panadura Divisional Secretariat presented the vote of thanks. |
