Sigiri Gi Siri a book by W. J. M. Lokubandara, Minister of Buddha Sasana, Justice, Law Reform and National Integration will be launched at the J. R. Jayewardene Cultural Center, Colombo 7 on October 3 with the participation of Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe.

Gunadasa Amarasekera, W. A. Abeysinghe and Parakrama Kodithuwakku will be the main speakers at a seminar to be held at the same venue.

Sigiri Gi Sindu, an evening with Sigiri Garaffiti, headed by Visharadha Sanath Nandasiri will be attended by vocalist Nanda Malani, Edward Jayakody, Ivor Dennis, Indrani Wijebandara, Sisira Senaratne, Sudath Samarasinghe and others.

Dr. Karunasena Kodithuwakku, Minister of Human Resources Development, Education and Cultural Affairs, Mahinda Rajapaksa, Opposition Leader and Suranimala Rajapaksha, Minister of School Development will also participate.

Ranjith Amarakeerthi Palihapitiya, Chairman, National Book Development Board and Premathilake Mapitiya, General Secretary of J. R. Jayewardene Cultural Center will make the welcome address and the vote of thanks.
