Crescat instals financial management systems from Sybiz

Crescat Developments, developers of the prestigious Crescat Residencies and Crescat Boulevard together with their local franchise partner Delifrance, in a bid to provide superior financial management, now have all their financial information running live on the latest version of Sybiz Vision.

Sybiz which is the internationally acknowledged superior financial software package, was installed at Crescat by Kingslake Engineering Systems who are the local partners for Sybiz. Kingslake Engineering who supply financial accounting and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems to Sri Lanka's medium to large size companies, focus primarily on manufacture and distribution, providing business benefits to more than 300 local companies.

Crescat's Financial Controller Eshan Perera said they had chosen Sybiz Vision mainly for its powerful windows based, modular integrated accounting programme, with its multi user options. In fact Crescat Developments are the first to implement this latest version of 2.5 Sybiz Vision. "We are now able to conduct a range of transactions such as maintaining stocks efficiently, maintaining debtors separately and retrieving a detailed breakdown of itemwise income per customer, thus giving us the flexibility and accuracy that we have been looking for in a financial software system in order that we may remain competitive" he said.

According to Director Kingslake, Duleep Fernando, Kingslake has installed on schedule all five modules which comprise, General Ledger and Cashbook, Debtors Ledger, Creditors Ledger, Inventory Ledger and Job Costing. Fernando said they were delighted to offer their financial and IT consulting services to Crescat Developments as it would ensure significant long term advantage to their business. "We currently provide our services to over 300 local companies and our customers are entirely dependent on our financial solutions and services" said Fernando.

Sybiz represented by Kingslake have had a local presence for the past 20 years.
