NEW DELHI, Friday (AFP) US Deputy Secretary of State Richard Armitage returned here Friday for talks with Indian officials on reducing tensions with arch-rival Pakistan over disputed Kashmir and enhancing India-US bilateral relations. Armitage, on his second visit to the region in three months, was due to hold talks with Indian Defence Minister George Fernandes in the first of a series of meetings lined up for the day.
