On 'In Black and White' today

Milinda Moragoda highlights the intricacies of peace negotiations when he speaks to David Ervine, Leader of the Progressive Unionist Party in Northern Ireland. The interview will be re-telecast by MTV today, Saturday August 24th, at 10.00 pm.

David Ervine is also a member of the Legislative Assembly and one of the leading Unionist negotiators of the Good Friday Peace Agreement. Formerly a paramilitary leader, he is now regarded as one of the most articulate and respected political leaders in Northern Ireland, who has played a key role on decommissioning and the establishment of new post-agreement institutions.

"Face the Nation" is a special program of the "In Black and White" series, which has been created to provide the public a televised forum where their questions on various issues could be answered by Minister for Economic Reform, Science and Technology Milinda Moragoda.

This week's program was filmed in front of the Jaffna Public Library and features Minister Moragoda in conversation with the people of Jaffna. It will be aired on Sunday, August 25th at 10.00 pm on Sirasa TV.
