The  Average Weighted Prime Lending Rates (AWPLR) & the Lowest Prime Rate (LPR) during the week ended 21, June 2002 by all commercial banks were 14.03 percent and 13.25 per cent respectively.

The Average Weighted Deposit Rate (AWDR) of Commercial banks for the month ended May, 2002 was 9.81 percent.
