Sri Lanka and India have agreed to discuss the signing of an FTA Part Two following several amendments and new proposals put forward by Commerce and Consumer Affairs Minister Ravi Karunanayake at the Joint Ministerial Committee under the Indo-Lanka Free Trade Agreement.
