By Ananda Pathiraja A lorry travelling along Galgamuwa - Thambutthegama- Awkana road carrying a vesak sightseeing crowd skidded off the road near the Thalankuttiya milk farm and collided with a large tree on Tuesday, killing one passenger and injuring 36. The injured were admitted to the Anuradhapura General Hospital. According to the hospital sources, 25 passengers are in a critical condition. Galnewa police are investigating. |
