Norwegian Deputy Foreign Minister Vidar Helgesen says that the degree of commitment that has been exhibited by leaders in the North and the South would lead the peace process to success, amidst dozens of setbacks to come. In a rare, but exclusive interview with the Daily News he says that it is incredibly impressive to see how the people of Sri Lanka have given very clear mandates for peace to their political leaders.
