Carson Cumberbatch Group Companies has made the following appointments from April 1.

Suresh Kumar Shah and Palehenalage Chandana Priyankara Tissera were appointed Directors of Carson Cumberbatch and Company Limited.

Kurukulasuriya Calisanctus Nalaka Fernando and Deannath Jehan Kulatunge were appointed as Directors to the Board of Carson Management Services (Pvt) Ltd.

Vernon Manilal Fernando, an Attorney-at-Law was appointed as a Director of The Ceylon Guardian Investment Trust Ltd. He is the Chairman of Holcim (Lanka) Ltd.

Allan Kenneth Sellayah was appointed as a Director to the Boards of The Good Hope Company Limited and The Shalimar (Malay) Estate Company Limited.
