The Daily News learns that the Power Supply (Special Provisions) Bill approved by the
Cabinet on February 25 and sent to President Chandrika Bandaranaike Kumaratunga as an
urgent Bill in the national interest, is still with her without being sent to the Chief
Justice as required.
