Mathanaraja was remanded for election violence in the Kytes island. He took oaths on a special permission granted by Court on a request made by him. He had been taken to the Colombo Magazine Prison from the Jaffna Prison by air. Thereafter, he was taken to Parliament by Prison officers. |
