The Chief Executive Officer our client is seeking needs to be a technically competent individual preferably with an engineering background, coupled with business management qualifications at postgraduate level. You will be working within the backdrop of a fully equipped modern hydraulic laboratory driven by state of the art computer software applications. Your team consists of highly motivated technical and scientific staff with international experience and training. Your business playfield will not only be Sri Lanka, but South Asia, Southeast Asia, the Middle East and beyond, working closely with donor agenices and other private-public sector partners in Sri Lanka and abroad to enhance the scope of work and the profitability of the company. 

Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, you will have the responsibility for all activities of the company including the management and supervision of the operating divisions of the company which will include project planning, development, implementation and monitoring, marketing and client relationships, financial management and accounting, human resources management and administration. 

Your role will be to mobilize the resources of the company to strive towards achieving the company's vision and mission, enhancing its productivity, performance and profitability. 

You are a person of less than 50 years of age, with a high degree of emotional intelligence, self-motivation seeking excellence and due rewards for your achievements.
