Nature's Beauty Creations Ltd. Nature's Secret's, for the past two years, have been supplying beauty products required by the state owned VTA, free of charge, to assist the institute to conduct its practicals under the beauty culture courses held in 50 centre's islandwide. Nature's Secret's have conducted a number of training programmes with the objective of enhancing employment skills to the country's youth.

The NVQ Level 4 training programme is being conducted at the Institute and this will help future successful Beauticians to establish themselves in reputed hotels, spas and other locations and provide their goods and services, especially during this economic period in the country, with the tourism boost having availed itself on to a positive stance.

"With this agreement being signed for the ninth year, we are content to say that the result would be for the betterment of our youth. And special focus can be given to youth in rural areas. VTC is a national institute using our local resources through NBC and we hope this institute will conduct the NVQ Level 4 at its best while representing the brand globally," Colonel S. R. P. Ratnayake, Chairman, VTA acknowledged.

There are 50 trainers at the moment who are eligible to attain scholarships and initially, NBC will issue 10 scholarships for a year and notice its effectiveness and depending on that result, before the end of the year, the rest will be issued to them.

"We want to find the right organization that will help with provision of expenses for the trainers when they will be trained abroad, though both bodies will collaboratively help with the funding," Samantha Kumarasinghe, Chairman/Managing Director, NBC Ltd. said.

Nature's Beauty Creations Ltd is the only local cosmetic manufacturer whose products meet the European GMP and internationally recognized with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards. At the moment, the brand is doing well in Bangladesh, with offices in Germany and Ukraine.

In the USA, the brand has gone through the required registration processes and is in tune to work on establishing the brand name there.
