Ultra modern business centre at Nugegoda
A top Singaporean investor will be investing on a multi storeyed
ultra modern shopping and a business centre at Nugegoda, which includes
shops, housing apartment unit and many other facilities, Sri
Jayewardenepura Municipals Council sources said.
This 20 storeyed building will be constructed at the existing super
market land and would rent out more than 110 shopping units for
interested parties and was expected to raise more than Rs 100 million
out of key money Sri Jayewardene MC sources said.
According to Municipal Council Sources the agreement with the
Singaporean investor would be signed shortly. Further, this new proposed
shopping complex will have all other facilities including conference
hall, auditorium and many other facilities. Until the construction work
is completed alternative places will be provided for current shop
owners.
