Navy Commander Vice Admiral Jayanath
Colombage awarded Uththama Seva medals to 253 naval
personnel at SLNS Parakrama yesterday. The Uttama Seva medal
is granted to all ranks/rates of the regular force of the
Navy for service and devotion to duty marked by exceptional
ability, merit and exemplary conduct. Twenty six naval
officers and 227 sailors received the Uththama Seva Medal.
