The Sacred Kapilawasthu Relics were taken from Kelaniya Rajamaha Viharaya to Pelmadulla for the veneration of public in the Sabaragamuwa Province. Youth Affairs and Skills Development Minister Dallas Alahapperuma unveils a plaque after opening a new school building at the Koggala Martin Wickramasinghe Vidyalaya. The project was sponsored by the members of the Past Pupils Association of the Moratuwa Sri Lanka German Technical Training Institute residing in Australia.
