the champion Sapugaskanda Visakha Balika Vidyalaya team.

Sapugaskanda Visakha Balika Vidyalaya won the championship title at
the Biyagama Education Division sports meet held at the Delgoda public
grounds on Friday evening.
Daranagama Maha Vidyalaya was placed second.
Education Minister Bandula Gunawardhana, Western Provincial Council
Chief Minister Prasanna Ranatunga, Disaster Management Deputy Minister
Duleep Wijesekara, Western Provincial Council Member Gunasiri Jayanath
and Biyagama Pradeshiya Sabha Chairman Ananda Ganepola were the chief
guests.
This was organized by the Biyagama Educational Director Mrs Renuka
Edirisinghe. Thirty one schools participated in this sports meet. |
