Small scale industries under Divi Neguma Priyanka Kurugala The Economic Development Ministry has drawn up plans to introduce around 50,000 small scale industries among the people as an additional livelihood to mark the Divi Neguma programme, director Jayathilake Herath said. He said that the Economic Development Ministry had taken steps to establish around 30,000 small scale industries to mark the Divi Neguma programme last year. "The ministry aims to introduce an additional livelihood among farmers," he said.
