There were no play on the second day of the under 19 interschool match between Wesley College Colombo and Richmond College Galle due to a water-logged outfield at Campbell Park yesterday. Sachin Jayawardena bagged five wickets for six runs on the first day to skittle out .Richmond College for a paltry 51 runs..

In reply,Wesley College were 55 for three at close when the rain stopped the first day's play .Lahiru Perera helped Wesleyites with 26 runs Akalanka was the most successful bowler with two for 9.

Richmond : 51( Pabasara Waduge 18, A.K.Tyron 12, Sadeem Thoufeeq 2 for 9, Sachin Jayawardena 5 for 6, Ashail Kariyawasam 2 for 4)

Wesley : 55 for 3 (Lahiru Perera 26, Dimuthu Jayasinghe 12, Ashen Fonseka 10 n.o., Charith Akalanka 2 for 9)
