IIASL appoints Academy of Finance
IIASL, the Institute of Internal Auditors - Sri Lanka appointed the
Academy of Finance as their first approved training partner in Sri Lanka
recently with the objective of offering the Certified Internal Auditor
(CIA) Certification to Sri Lankan internal audit professionals, a
qualification held by over 100,000 professionals around the world. CIA
is the only globally accepted designation for internal auditors and the
standard by which individuals demonstrate their competence and
professionalism in internal auditing. IIA is the global professional
body for auditing and risk professionals and currently present in 165
countries with over 170,000 members. Established in 1941, IIA is an
international professional association with global headquarters in USA.
Throughout the world, the institute is recognized as the leader in
internal audit professional certification, education, research and
technical guidance.
